From my reading, I'm still thinking it is a software contolled external video / TV tuner vs a titiling rig.  If anyone can dig up software, would be really interesting to check this one out.  Not sure the market for watching video on the se/30, but maybe there was some use on the ci or fx back...

Exactly!  But what magic to have TV (or composite video with sound!) running into an Se/30, ci or fx over ADB.
