Where did you get your ROM programmer? Also is there a file I can use to tone out my board to make sure my solder joints are correct?

I did try toning out the pins and lines. I do not have a diagram to verify the proper signals but for the most part the tones line up with what I think is correct. What do you think could be the problem?

That is what I would like as well. I am just learning about circuit board diagrams so I am not the person create the new board. I wonder if we could get someone that has experience to clone it.
