Thanks I think it's something from the cut tracks but after 5 hours I haven't found anything, I'm afraid the Rom is dead but it's weird it does the same thing to me with two Roms and I don't think it's both dead. I have ordered a new board and will solder everything there again

You can identify the error that it has, it tries to communicate but I don't know if it is a Rom error or what it indicates.
