So I have an SE/30 i've finally gotten around to investigating and pulling UE8 off the board.. It seems as two pins are just gone due to corrosion, and would explain the "jailbars" in the video
Pads seem clean, but i'm curious if there's any like-for-like chips that can replace UE8 so I can get...
I have seen snippets where someone got a Pi essentially emulating a 68k cpu upgrade for an Amiga, and this gave me an idea.
This is way above my head as it's been ages since i've coded anything or messed with PCBs... but maybe getting a Pi on a PDS card to act as an accelerator and hardware...
I've stumbled across a IIsi that just needed re-capped, and it works great now (even with the 1GB drive I popped in)
