Thanks for the tip. The program has drivers for an LS-100 Superdisk drive. Currently only floppy disks are recognized and not Superdisk disks. I have to test why that is the case.

I have a Superdisk drive LKM-F934-1, Ide, from Matsushita-Kotobuki. MacOS 9.2.1 sees this drive, but it is not possible to partition the superdisk. It starts, but then it says: Initialization is not possible. I use one used Superdisk and a new one, which was shrink wrapped.
Does MacOS 9.2.1...
Not necessary. You can flash it with the flash utility from Adaptec.

And voila you have a PowerDomain 2940UW.

Did the Adaptec 1210SA works with SSD hdd's? Because I have here a SanDisk SSD Plus with 240 gb and there are a lot of errors when I try to use this hdd. The hdd works under Windows Vista without errors. Instead I use a normally hdd, it's a Hitachi 7K500-320, with 320 gb. This works.

With the help from #116 it was possible to rebuild the Adaptec 1210SA so that it work with my Power Macintosh G3 series revision c and MacOS 9.2.1.
Very good work!
Why is the Adaptec shown as an SCSI card?
