 Omni Caere SCSI Hand Scanner software?

Well, i've googled all over (inc. mac driver museum) and cannot find the TWAIN software for a Omni Caere SCSI hand scanner.

Does anyone have it? I don't need OCR software, just something to get it going under Photoshop etc.
