Okay I think that I have details worked out just need to test it. If someone is willing to help let me know when is a good time for you. You will need a microphone, but if your system has a built in one it should be fine for the test. You also need to have a chat service that is compatible with iChat so that we will have a secondary means of communication.

The client software is CU-SeeME 0.87b1. You can download it from here http://www.redrouteone.net/68kmla/radio/cuseeme.sit There is a 68k and PPC version but I have not tested the PPC version. Please note that this is beta software as I have not been able to find the released version.

Setting up the software is pretty straight forward. I had done a web page on how to configure it but it ended up in /dev/null. I will have it again before the test.

Thanks

Thats it AIM, I could not think of the name last night. Will the version of CU-SeeMe that you have run on a 68k. But either way can you email it to me?

Saturday will be fine. I have to work this saturday so it will be Saturday evening before I could do it. So Sunday might work better.

Never tried running it on a 68k…
and I'd rather you DL it from my Hotline server, than email it to you [I think it's larger than 5mb… talk to me on AIM/iChat about a username and password -> derekcat3]

either day would work for me, as long as it's not anytime before 1-2pm Pacific

Derekcat I was unable to get ahold of you last weekend as I forgot to get your email address and the forum borked out. Let me know when is a good time for you. Also if anyone else is able to help that would be great also.

hmm... It sounds fun, you'll probably have to count me out though, I've been rather weird as far as when i sleep lately... (lately, I sleep all of the time)

I really need to get over whatever holiday-time sickness this is...

My sinuses have been borked the past couple of days, so I have not felt like doing much. With this and all of the other holiday stuff I am going to put this off until after new year.
