this was a long one too. days and days! This last one really makes me think things need to work better. many things have been suggested. can we figure out those things that need to be done to help us run better? and do em? I think we have figured them out, they just need to be done._____________________________________________ I have a problem with vintage electronics. . .I am working on it. it was also a more interesting one, because it kind of half loaded the page then gave the error every time ...you could still edit your profile and look at the FAQ and other members profiles and do a search for topics (i tried it all) ... you just couldnt read the topics (they gave the same error when clicked on) from a search result, or look at the index and active pages interesting ... I don't believe it was the same kind of error, but more likely that ~coxy may have been adjusting one of the .asp files that are used by the forum software. That sort of thing has come up before when trying to add/change the ad lines among other areas."One slip and down the hole we fall" Stryders Community http://www22.brinkster.com/originalstryder/db/default.asp Come and check it out. |

I checked that out too . . . it's amazing what trivia can pass for "interesting" when the MLA AND 'fritter are both offline at the same time! jt ™. Trash Hauler: call sign: eight-ball C.O. AC-130H SpecOps 68kMLAAF |

Wow, 'Fritter was offline too? That's bizzare. I had simular problems back when I tried editing some .asp files awhile back, which is why I figure that for the case this time. It made me realize simpler can sometimes be better which is why the Community forums aren't much different than here except for the quick reply and a couple other things.
