Hi, something that I don't like OS X is that I can't navigate the HD's quickly. In Classic and since my Mac IIvi I just put an alias of my HD in the apple menu items. That way I can just go to the apple menu items and get right into any nested folder. Is there any way of doing this for OS X? or making it easier to get through HD's in X?.

You know, i don't think Mac OS X on an iMac counts as UNIX on 68k.

Deffinetly not 68k but you can put the HD in the RHS of the dock and control click on it to view it as a heirarchial menu, which is pretty much the same as what you used to do.

Well you know, it's a mac right. And then there's OS X, it's based on nextstep or something right?, so they would be similiar, yeah, this just in case I get a NeXt cube and I need to navigate the volumes quickly.

That was a pre-emptive 68k question!

Nice try. But still, if i see an iMac powered by a 68k, original equipment, I am going to eat my dead zip drive.
