After some troubles I could make a copy of my Apple IIfx rom and so I gave BASILISK - at my PC - a try. Some more troubles, but now my 68K Mac@PC is working like a charme...fantastic...much faster as I thought before!

So, I have read here, that A/UX could rund under that emulator.

What must I do to have A/UX@PC?

Only inserting the A/UX 3.01 boot disk and the installation CD?

Second question: Is it possible to install BASILISK twice to get TWO emus...one for 68k and one for A/UX?

Third: Or is it possibly to make such thingy like DUAL-BOOT?

Thanks
Manfred

I don't believe that A/UX is supported on Basilisk II...

Probably not. IIRC the only way to run A/UX is to run it on a real Macintosh computer, that is supported, such as a Quadra 700 or something.

Basilisk II is not a hardware emulation, and AUX will be accessing hardware directly. Plus Basilisk II does not have a MMU, which AUX requires.

Your best bet if you want to try AUX would be FusionPC. It does a fairly good hgardware emulation and I think it has MMU.
