 Classic Motherboard in SE

I´ve got a spare classic motherboard, and an SE with a burnt one. Is it possible to replace the motherboard straight off, or are the power supplies too different?

Well, the SE has a heavier power supply, by 24 watts, so from that standpoint, it 'should' work. YMMV.
