Sometimes when I boot my SE/30, it gives me the startup smilie, but no more. it stops there. Rebooting again and it asks for a boot disk. Once more and it doesn´t say shit. cursor appears, nothing more.
Now and then it gets better if I turn it upside down or shakes it a little. Then it might even start up, but then it just hangs, and Im back to square 1. Ive checked the inside, no loose cables or anything. what the ---- is wrong? Im ready to go voodoo on this machine!

Bad drive, drive cable or scsi connectro. try removign the drive or disconnecting it and boot off the floppy. If it works, reformat the drive or replace it, depending.
