check the gamba monitor/cpu tables it says a gdm1952 does that res at 60 hertz off an e-machines card.

what kind of adapter and/or cable are you using?

check the backplate and see if there is another product code on the back, i've got several pages of Radius Tables that aren't on gamba, but i couldn't find yours at all. describe the monitor also!

griggin is the best!

just in case you don't know, be REALLY careful if you plan to open that thing up!

the charge stored in there could fry you.

Do you have enough v-ram? How much v-ram do you have?

the Dock II came standard with the extra V-RAM, CoPro and onboard ethernet. no SIMM slot to fill. it'll do 21" at a handful of colors without adding a NuBus card.

Ok I was just wondering I never had a duo/dock but I need to get more vram for my Q700 before I can get a bigger moniter so it was a possibility.

don't worry about it, we're all here to learn! it woulda been a really good question if he'd omitted the mention that it was a Dock II, now you know that the original DuoDock had sockets for a VRAM SIMM and a CoPro and no onboard ethernet.

btw: they dropped the CoPro from the Dock II+ as they had only been making '040 and PPC Duos for some time, which didn't support the CoPro when they did the second Dock revision.

i'll bet it's some kind of a sync on green snafu, what kind of Griffin adapter do you have?

post a link to the documentation.

are the black and gray wires on the cable plugged into the correct ports?

try it using only black on both and then only gray on both, that'd be 5 additional possibilities to try (if my brain is still functioning ) besides whatever your current congig is. the old Intellicolor 20 i have only works with the gray coded line only on HD Sync In, with the VD Sync In unconnected. but the cable i have only has four signals implemented so i don't know which it is on your cable, mine desn't even have the black signal!

have you checked gamba's driver links, you might need to be running a Radius driver to get the onboard video to cough up the option you need in the monitors control panel, dunno, take a look.

are you using the same cable and adapter as the original owner?

what system software are you running?
