SE Clock doesn't work...at all. Thoughts on why and how to fix?

I have an SE board that I transplanted into my SE/30 case that has brought it back to life. I know, it's usually the other way around, but the SE/30 board no longer recognizes SCSI devices...I think there's a broken trace on the board from cap goo....fortunately, all the analog stuff still works fine, as do the drives, and the screen is pretty much burn-free, so I have a working Compact once again.

HOWEVER, the clock doesn't work. At all. When you try to set the clock, it doesn't take the setting and doesn't move forward.

Any thoughts as to why that's the case -- and what I can do to fix it?

Also, does anyone have a source for SWIM upgrade kits? Would love to have 1.44 floppy again...
