A few weeks ago I came across someone who has setup a service whereby you could send them your SE/30 logic board and they would transfer everything over to a recreated SE/30 PCB and replace anything that has failed (caps etc).
Never mind - I was about to make the same suggestion. I've bought boards and parts from Will but never had him do a reload for me. Nice guy, very easy to deal with. Shipping from the Cayman Islands to the US usually takes about two weeks.
I haven't used his service, but he has a good reputation, if I needed it done I would not hesitate to use his service. I've bought parts from him before, he seems like a nice guy.
