Performa 6205 powers, but no picture or boot?

Just as the title says. I recently got a Performa 6205CD that… well… let's just say it had a bit of a dust issue. But I've managed to get it all cleaned out (okay, I'm still working on the floppy drive, but that's not needed to boot). In any case, I managed to get it back together, hooked up a keyboard and mouse to see if it would boot, but it was a no go. The lights on the keyboard flashed, the fan was spinning, the Hard Drive spun up and the CD-ROM would open and close when I pushed the button, but the computer itself never booted, and I wasn't getting a video signal nor a bong from the speaker.

I've removed the P-RAM battery, and inspected both the logic board and PSU for signs of leaking capacitors, but everything looks good. Even so, I figure something needs a recap, but before I breakout my soldering iron, I figured I should ask for some advice on where to start rather than blindly replacing components. Any advice?
