Macintosh Plus Rev D Logic Board - Ground Clip?

I just noticed this in the Service Source guide for the Mac Plus:



Apparently the Rev. D logic board is supposed to have a ground clip installed on the inner plastic lip beneath the display. Is this something anyone has encountered before in their Mac Pluses with a Rev. D logic board? I've now looked at two such units and there was no such clip installed in the specified location.

Yes the ground clip should be there, but most of the times is lost.

As soon as the logic board is removed, the clip tends to follow the motion, and forgotten in the process.
