Hey folks... My recently-restored IIcx has a few problems. Nothing major, but annoying.
1. It periodically freezes, then plops up a network error message. I click "ok" and it's fine again, for a little while.
2. Maybe two times in an hour, it will crash. The guy who fixed it said something about "bad sectors" on the original hard drive, and recommended Disk Utility to search out the problem.
3. Occasionally, the monitor goes out, and the last time I just jiggled the video cable and it was fine. Unfortunately, this is also happening with my 2020 MBP via a TB3-to-HDMI output. So, this may be my monitor, which has a few years on it.
Any thoughts?
Thanks folks.
