Durosity’s conquests and collection

Ah, I see. British slang strikes again?

At any rate, the post makes sense now. I agree that it is indeed a very unpleasant sounding activity. Anyone is so inflicted is likely suffering from an excessive accumulation of said items, and are in need of serious help.

I have a ton of stuff I'm sure you'd enjoy cramming your garage full with, but I'm on the wrong side of the wrong continent.

Then there's all this sordid nonsense about tariffs and inflation, else I'd have it shipped to you!
How many shipping containers do we need to rent?
What does "chunder" mean? My dictionary came up empty and thought I meant either "chunky" or "thunder."
I assume you do know the song “Down Under” “by “Men at Work” fronted by “Colin Hay”?

If only I could afford one!
Same!

Cos that's what I was quoting:
Oooohh, OK! I've listened to that song dozens, maybe hundreds of times and I never caught that!

Although I always chuckle at that because Colin Hay, their lead singer, is actually Scottish!
Interesting!

Out of fairness, though, he did emigrate to Australia with his family when he was 14, so even though he wasn't born there, he can properly claim to be Australian because he's a citizen, presumably.

Oh indeed, but it also means we can claim him for our own!

Funny how that happens.. I think I only know it because of VH1s Pop Up Video which mentioned something about it in its ‘trivia’.
