You might need a PRAM reset for the video card change? Are there native PPC 3DFX drivers in BeOS?

Not native. It's a port. Version 0.03 or 0.3 or something. I didn't try the reset, but I guess I should.

Interesting, are these village tronic macPicasso cards different than a real PCI voodoo that is flashed to work in a mac?
My MP750 shows the animated logo but it seems I cannot change resolutions or color depths on BeOS 5.x PPC on my G3/500 upgraded PM7300.
