Apple IIe Card - LC II - Problem #12

The PDS card in my LC II seems to be defective. The following error message appears when I launch the app "IIe Startup": "Your Apple IIe Card is defective. Problem #12".

Same error appears on multiple OS: System 6.0.8, 7.1p, or 7.5.5
Apple IIe Software: Version 2.2.1
The card's capacitors were replaced with tantalums.

Any suggestions what the issue could be?

Have you tried in a different LC?

Possibly the capacitors leaked before they were replaced, and a trace or pin was damaged

Yes i agree, you have got the main connector nearby, probably a broken trace underneath.
