I got my LocalTalk to EtherTalk adapter working so here is a WireShark capture of the actual ethernet packets. A simple print of draft quality text that ends with the ImageWriter reporting no paper cause i was using one sheet of hand fed paper. This setup is working pretty well so if you need any captures of corner cases or want to verify something let me know.
