What’s the transformer/yoke-coil specs on the Macintosh XL Screen Kit? I’m trying to make a kit for my XL but can’t find anyone selling the transformer (or really any of the parts besides the main two roms).

Is there any way to mount a Profile (or any drive on the parallel ports) as an extra drive? Macworks XL doesn’t seem to detect them, but the drive does work.

Is the ArduinoFile not compatible with the 2/10? The internal drive on mine works, but not the Profile drive, which I hooked up with a parallel card I built.

Don’t you need to special order it from the guy or something like that?

This is the ArcaneByte emulator (afaik), it relies on the PocketBeagle which isn't produced anymore.

Does anyone here sell or have files for emulating a ProFile drive for an Apple Lisa? I have a dead Profile 5MB drive i'd like to convert over (doesn't go through full seek) but the two options I know of aren't the most desirable. Updating to 4.04 seems to have fixed the problem. Either that or it finally fixed itself after the third OS install.

Yeah true, I could toss together an image, but was just wondering if there’s a community made one already that people boot from. Or if Apple already has a disk tools floppy that has CD drivers.

For some reason my message didn’t send a few days ago! I’m using an AppleCD 150, original HD, trying to use the Mac Legacy Disk (the one with 7.5.5 or 7.5.3 on it) to boot from, though I could also boot from a floppy cause I just need to install system software.

I think the controller board is faulty. Sucks cause it’s a IIg, but I’ll have to have someone look over it (already recapped it), and in the meanwhile look for a similar replacement.
