I don’t know… it’s definitely seemed to help me. Will see I guess though. I burned another at a lower speed so I guess I’ll compare on different drives.

@LaPorta - it helps when it's marginal. You get a higher number of disks that won't read in classic macs using max speed. I burn a lot of CDs still. And I'm not old, married, or a woman.
