    Unfortunately, cleaning didn't solve the problem. So all that's left for me to do is try replacing the VRAMs. It's going to take a while.

    I'll try cleaning it. It's easier than replacing a VRAM with "J" pins. (Someone on Facebook said the probability of it being the VRAM itself is quite high). However, I didn't see anything oxidized, except for some pins on the chip next to it, which must be the video DAC. It's visible in the photo.
