That is the message you get when missing the enabler. When you put the System Enabler 401 file in the system folder on the disk, it will finish the startup without an error message.
Yeah, could be. I don't remember how long I've let it dry. Luckily I was able to find a new-in-the-box-replacement board back then, so the "problem" was solved.
In the root directory of the SD card there is a file called "log.txt" If there are problems with the BlueSCSI, you could possibly read it back in this file.
And what other files are you having on the SD card? You should have a disk file with a working system or an empty disk file with a correct...
I dove a little deeper into Macintosh II upgrades and I think you have them all. Even the FDHD and 800K labels are original Apple. They are mentioned in the upgrade guide. With all these upgrade, you have technically a Macintosh IIx.
You have in your Macintosh II the PMMU upgrade build in. It's the black processor right next to the 68020 (B738A - VH783 - 3 4 3-0001-2). That makes it technically a 68030. Without this PMMU upgrade, Internet Explorer 3.01 wont run.

I bought the 25Mhz version for my Colour Classic. It also works in a Colour Classic II, so I assume they work on an LC III as well.
