Thanks @finkmac I've been able to create the Gerber files from the GitHub site above. Priced out the creation of the PCBs on JLCPCB for around $7.00 for 15, and the stencil for around $16.00. The slow shipping is about $18... would need to source the chips -- can get the KM41C16000CK chips...

Fortunately everything seems to trace out okay looking at the BOMARC schematics. Removed the burnt cap; and cleaned up the pads. Ordered a replacement polymer with higher voltage rating. I reset the PRAM and made my system .hda smaller (150 mb) and only loaded the system HDA. I also changed the parity to off on the bluescsi. So far so good.... Thanks for the direction.

So you think the behavior is related to the Bluescsi with multiple .hda files / "partitions" ? Is it related to the size or numbering sequence?

Duh. You are correct; I flipped it over and had to get the feet on the right side of the tabs at the back. Fits great. Here is the proper position picture and the monitor sitting true. Thanks....

I first bought surrounds from Amazon, but they are rubber and are too big (2 inch size) and don't sit flat in the driver. I'm waiting on some from Aliexpress -- seems like the only place to get them. There was a link that I saw from Europe as well. I'll see what they are like and post a link if...
