What ROM is this?

Just booted for the first time off the 6.0.8 floppy and somehow my SE/30 is seeing the installed 128mb without Mode32?

is this a stock ROM?

It's seeing it, but it's not usable: note how it's all allocated to the system. The machine isn't in 32-bit mode and can't use it, it just knows it's there.

People talk about this more loosely than is perhaps useful: sometimes people say the system can't see lots of RAM if not in 32-bit mode. That's not strictly true: it'll appear in About The Finder / About This Macintosh but it will all appear to be sequestered by the System and applications can't use it.

So it's probably a stock ROM, yes. And you'll still need MODE32 to actually use that RAM.
