These are beautiful monitors. Unfortunately, however, this monitor will not run on anything other than a Macintosh. One in the ~15+ year-old range, at that.
It will run on Macs made through around 2002, perhaps at absolute max one or two years later, but no further than that. Even on those systems, it is fixed at 640x480 at approximately 67Hz.
A direct VGA adapter would be useful on the newest of Macs to run these displays, but it won't let it work on an actually modern computer.
On, say, a Power Macintosh G4, you would use a VGA/HD15 to DB15 adapter and then the Mac/DB15 to HDI45 adapter to connect an AudioVision.
