This 68040 CPU that I bought on eBay has a missing pin

Unsure if it came like this or if I lost a pin somehow removing it either from the foam it was embedded in or the socket when I inserted and tested it.

The pin is “TDI”. The socket is clean, the board is clean (of phantom pins) and I can’t seem to see a pin in the foam block.

Using Norton System Info it passes tests like this as does Speedometer.

Could this pin serve no function on the Mac or will it eventually crash when doing something ?

It’s a full 68040 with FPU and it runs just fine. Thoughts? Help?

Someone on Reddit answered this question: it’s used for testing in a non-consumer board. Meaning it doesn’t seem to have any other function when the CPU is used in a regular computer. So even though the pin is missing it should be fine. Phew!
