The sticker on top of the case says: (Which I didn't get a shot of.)

I've though it'd be best to continue the discussion here since it wasn't related to the item for sale in the other topic anymore.Concorde1993: I think they stopped the signatures with the launch of the SE. My SE SuperDrive doesn't have any signatures molded on the case (neither does my SE/30).
PowerPup: Interesting, I have a SE/30 that has the signatures. In fact, part of the signatures are missing because of the expansion slot hole. (Not sure if the cover had the missing part, as it came without it.)
Concorde1993: Where was your SE/30 manufactured? Mine was manufactured in Ireland in 1991, so maybe its a regional thing.
PowerPup: Serial number: F95136WK02
- Your unknown Mac was the 3702th Mac manufactured during the 51th week of 1989 in Fremont, California, USA.
So yeah, manufactured the year the SE/30 was introduced, and in California too.
Concorde1993: Try uploading a couple of pics of your SE/30's case. This is very interesting.
