Se/30 question

Picked up an se/30. Wasnt terrible for cap leakage, no battery damage but had the horizontal lines on screen. I cleaned well, recappped except the the axial caps. I let it dry out really well and on first boot she chimes and booted beautiful. After being on a few minutes she gave me a bus error. Restarted, no chimes, and horizontal lines. Is this possibly due to old axial caps? Will clean board again. I checked all traces. I took off ue8 and one on either side to clean cap goop.

so after leaving over night, she is working. I still get horizontal lines for a brief moment, but still no chime or sound. I checked sound circuit schematic, all is well there. Possible Rom Simm?? will try my other one and see.
