PowerBook 1400c touchpad issue (video attached)

My 1400c has had an extremely sensitive touchpad since I got the thing - it starts to freak out if your hands are anything less than bone dry. I’ve attached a video here detailing the issue. Anyone know what’s up?

clean it with alcohol, should help

I think I’ve already done that… it’s very clean. I’ll try it though.
