Well, I got the machine, and i'm trying to decide if I want to keep it because it was on the beach and has corrosion, it looks like a battery might have exploded in it, the analog board is iffy at best (ie: the crt sometimes comes up and when it does it flickers), and the external hd's PSU freakin zapped me (and no, I didn't touch anything stupid.) but...the machine is kinda growin on me, and this weekend i might take it apart and see how bad the corrosion is on the inside. I have until monday to make up my mind. I just am not sure if I have the time anymore to put into this what looks like could be a massive restoration effort. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

If it really has an '030 in it, keep it. The rest of the parts should be pretty easy to pick up (metal frame, analog board).

Welp, I just got into the computer. The upgrade has definitely been already removed. This machine needs some work, I reflowed the yoke connector to no avail, and when I do get video the mouse does not move.

That sucks. :-/ But you can tell that there was definitely an upgrade in there?

Hopefully you can get the Plus fixed and working again.
