Hi. I’m new proud owner of Macintosh SE, even this computer is almost as old as I am. I need your help.
TLDR
I run hard drive connecting it to working mainboard and it run well. After cleaning hard drive from dust, and running it again it stopped booting and is invisible for system even is spinning. I show videos before and after.

This is 1988 Miniscribe Hard Drive as in the pictures.
Long story:
I bought macintosh SE in Belgium to put it to my MacEffect clear case. Computer have broken RAM (sad mac) therefore to check if everything else works including hard drive, I decided to connect everything to my working SE mainboard. System booted what can be seen on first video (I’m happy I recorded this):

Now I started to clean all computer to put it to clear case. I clean everything with water with soap and toothbrush since for the first time I don’t wanted to use izopropanol to not remove some inscriptions. What I have done in hard drive:

I ran computer angain and... loud noisy sound was heard and system haven’t booted. It can be heard on video below. Every loud sound corresoponds with LED blinking. (RGBtoHDMI shows macintosh screen)

From this time i move interrupter again (veary delicate). Doeas nothing. As you can see on the video i removed upper part of hard drive to see interupter works and looks like it does. I HAVEN’T CLEAN nothing inside or even touch.
I use BlueSCSI and tried to fix Hard Drive with “Disk First Aid” but no effect - it throws error.
Is it possible this can be software issue? I mean I ran this on different motherboard and after reruning it some “cache” changed on hard drive or... I don’t know.
I have seen “Drive Firmware Update” here Mac GUI :: Downloads :: Drive Firmware Update 1.2 and description seems show my issue. But I don’t know how to install it since my system doesn’t have Extension folder. I’m scared that this will break something totally.
I REALLY want to run this Hard Drive since I haven’t saved files from it and there can be some valuable files for some. I ask you for help since I think its important to save old hardware from destroying. And this HD looks like is possible to run... but I don’t have idea how.

- Removed and cleaned mainboard,
- Removed external bumpers and clean it.
- Clean motor and slightly moved interupter since I haven’t seen sticker “do not rotate interupter” (yeah yeah I know, my fault),
- I tighten the srcews of motor but I couldn’t remove it.
- I cleaned around of bottom of hard drive where rotating element of plates is, this time with izopropanol.
