Macintosh II - Attempting to fix a old repair

During my attempts to replace the battery on a Macintosh II, I came across this blown-apart mess on the board. The unit was still working (besides some video issue that I chalked up to my improper monitor), so I assumed whatever repair this was fixed that issue. However, while trying to figure it out I snapped one of the wires. I can't seem to figure out where I should resolder it to. Would anyone happen to know how to fix this?

The motherboard seems to be a first-gen Macintosh II board.

Blue shows where pads should be. The red represents traces, and the green represents the area of a trace you can tap that wire into.

Would soldering the loose white wire to the soldered down while wire work?
Looks like it would, here's the schematic in case you want to take a look.
