Mac Plus with lots of goodies, IIsi, IIcx, SecondWave-box

Had some conquests few days ago, arranged these pickups all for the same evening so could get it done in one evening.

Had to drive about 80km around metropolitan area of Helsinki as all these were located in different part of the City.

Bought these from an IT-programming company CEO who had bought this machine new back in fall of 1986.

His company had several but this was the last one remaining. He said he had this machine checked up "just in

case" a while ago, to be sure it would run another 25 years but afterwards decided to sell it. I was really happy to

receive other things than just the machine itself, but all paperwork, old user manuals in FINNISH, system disks,

MacWrite/Paint etc. Real nice. Only original box missing… as almost every in case.

Macintosh Plus (very clean, typical yellowing of first gen. model)

Managed to find an another 6.0.5 disk (haven't gone thru all disks from the "big conquest"-earlier this year) and booted it up and notised it had the RAM already been upgraded to 4MB. Nice.

The external 800K drive wich had an MS Excel Disk 1 stuck inside, i opened and managed to get the disk out. The drive itself is really clean, like new, but a bit stiff, so a little bit of gun oil will do the trick i think. The disk might have stuck there some 20 years ago :beige:

Absolutely not 8-o :lol:

Had the G4 Pro -keyboard cleaned up. Too it to parts, used some hot water and cleaner to get keys cleaned up and scrubbed the base of the keyboard. It looked like an battery had leaked on it. Now it's just fine. My daugher (4 years old) helped me to put the keys back on, good opportunity to learn alphabet Now she's happily playing with her "Moomin-Mac" some moomin games.
