Mac Plus Video Flutter

Recently, the video on my Mac Plus started to get a bit shaky, I tried to capture that in this video here:

Note the occasional scanline in the video is not what I'm talking about, the screen is occasionally compressing horizontally, and then it'll stop for a bit (you even get to see this in the middle of the video I uploaded).

Anyone know what might be causing this? I've never recapped the A/B, might be the cause.

Edit: I should mention, 5V measures 4.91V; 12V measures 12.09V.

The Plus is notorious for having soldering weaknesses on the Analog Board, can be...

Resolder the yoke plug. its screwed. Also, resolder the flyback.

Resoldered both the yoke plug, the flyback, and a few other things around. Flicked it back on and there's no flutter (yet... that's the best part about intermittent issues!)
