I have a IIsi that is losing pram settings when off with a good battery.
What I've found so far, the nvram is handled by the ADB controller at UB1 and is powered off Q7 biased by R34 through R33. I have a good 3 volts on the collector of Q7 but after R33 I'm down to around 0.5v. I suppose its possible UB1 needs only .5v to keep settings but that seems low to me. Sort of seems like everything should be good though, R33 measures out to the expected 2.2Kohm. Maybe my ADB controller is bad even though everything else seems to be fine?
Does anyone know, or are able to check, the voltages on both sides of R33?
Thanks everyone
