LC475 display resolution and refresh issue

Hi there,

I have an LC 475 that I try to use with VGA on a small HD LCD TV. Sadly, the LC 475 send the video signal at 67Hz and the LCD TV does not support this mode. I use a VGA2HDMI converter. I know it works, as I'm also using the same setup on my Beige G3 and can use resolution up to 1024x768 at 75Hz without any issue. On the G3, I tried also the 640x768 at 67 Hz, and effectively, the TV was unable to display anything.

The LC475 runs 7.5.3, and in the Monitor control panel I only have the 640x768 at 67 Hz available to choose from.

Is there a way to force the LC to offer any other resolution or even simply different refresh rate?

Thank you

This might only apply to early ppc macs, but there's the DB15 to VGA, if you set it to VGA, you can get 800x600 at 60Hz, and 60Hz on 640x480
