Keyboard test software for OXS10.4 or earlier?

Does anyone know of a keyboard test app for OSX 10.4 or earlier? I'm specifically looking for a program that will visually show each key as it is pressed so that I can verify keyboard repairs/restorations. I searched Macintosh Repository and Mac Garden, but I must not be using the right search terms.

I'm looking for an equivalent of this webpage, but for Apple keyboards:
https://keyboardchecker.com

Unfortunately, that page won't load on OSX 10.4.11's version of Safari - most likely because of SSL.

TIA,
Tom

You are looking for System 7-OS 9 Key Caps in the Apple Menu, or in OS X go to the System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard, and select the option "Show keyboard and emoji viewers in menu bar." This will make a new menu item, which when clicked has an option "Show Keyboard Viewer." Same equivalent as the earlier Key Caps.

Unfortunately, that option isn't available in OSX 10.4.11, but it was good to go in OS 9.2.2!

Thank you, sir! You are a gentleman and a scholar!

10.4.11 will certainly have the Keyboard Viewer; all versions of OS X have had it.

Glad that Key Caps in 9 worked for you!
