BTW, I think there are ROM vs OS complications. Either they don't work in System 7, or you need a newer ROM, and they might have issues with FDHD??? There is an old thread about it somewhere. I think there is someone who would love to know how your ram is wired :)

Yeah, that thread is here and I've been reading through it.

So, mine appears to have 16MB of RAM installed, but the Mac sees 2MB because it's seeing its own RAM instead of the Prodigy RAM.

There is no MMU installed, despite the amount of memory on the Prodigy's memory board, which makes no sense to me.

I'm testing it with System 7.5 so far, it boots and works fine, and TattleTech recognises it as a 15MHz 68020.

So I just need to work out the RAM mystery...

It does seem geared for System 6 only because the SE test program won't open under System 7, complains about MultiFinder.

I made a best offer, £95.

Got a pretty cool swivel stand thrown in too...

This machine was aptly named Fangface because it does this on boot...

So... it'll be in your "Recently Viewed" list... do tell. 😉
I did have a look but couldn’t see it, but then it was a while ago and I have looked at loads since then. You’re also missing the biggest factor.. I’m exceptionally lazy 😂
