ImageWriter LQ take apart/repair

I cannot find the 2 extra files (that are hyperlinked at the end) that must have came (on a floppy?) with the Apple LQ service manual that contain the parts list and the take apart section, so, no parts or take apart procedure exists on the internet.

I bought a new print head, same problem as before, most of the 24 pins/lines don't print at all. Unusable garbage.

Mine does not make the very sharp noises that you hear on a video of a good LQ printing on this site here:

https://68kmla.org/forums/index.php?/topic/16998-imagewriter-lq/?hl=imagewriter Instead, mine sounds VERY anemic.

I am guessing bad caps on the print head drive board. Is that part of the main board? Anybody ever done this? Photos? How to?

Even a description of how to disassemble it from someone who used to do the rebuild kits for Apple would be greatly appreciated.

If there are things that need to be addressed while I have it all apart, please post!

I have read that this is the same printer as a C.Itoh 715A.
