iici question.

I recapped a iici board. It did have lots of cap goo, and found two broken traces that were easy to fix. I had a feeling the PSU was dead, so I used one out of a Centris 650. I put it in, and plugged it in. It came on immediately without pressing power button. Got chime, and display but then got kinda flaky and power flickered. Thats what it does every time I plug in power, so button does not turn on or shut off in present state and it isn't a stable power Anything to look out for that I might have missed?

Check the twist-in power switch at the back of the IIci; also check voltages of the Centris 650 PSU assuming non restored

Ok, cleaned board really well. I have the board turning on with power button and keyboard soft power. It sometimes chimes, sometimes a continuous chime, or no chime. Only time i get any video is if i press reset button then screen comes on, but goes off once released. Any ideas??
