Attached are pictures of my IIci that does not power on....Power supply is working.

Needs recapping and possibly minor repair (no visible issues)

At least one of the 74HC132s in the startup circuit is gone.

They do not look to good. Replacing those together with the caps usually fixes most IIcis.

I can do this if you want and shipping the board to Germany is not a problem for you.

Agree with Bolle.  "No visible issues" is a bit optimistic.   The 74HC132s (little flat 14 pin chips) near the power supply connector clearly show corrosion from leakage from the nearby SM electrolytic caps.   This is all too common, unfortunately, but not difficult to remedy, if other things have not corroded.

I have no issues with sending board to Germany.

Also I have an issue with my LCiii which was recapped but does not want to startup. Maybe you can spot something which needs recapping/repairing and we can fix both boards. Images attached.

Don't see any obvious problem with the LC III board other than surface mount caps should have been used.

Is the PSU in your LC a known good one? Usually caps in those fail too and will result in a non booting machine.
