I finally was able to buy a newton MP 2100 after all this time.
i only paid $37.99 for it
paid $19 for the power cord ( yes its a offical 9w newton power cord)
and paid $12 for the windows PC to newton interconnect cable
and i bought a lucent wavelan silver card from ebay for $14 shipped
for a total of $82.99
here are some pics of it
here is the top half ( note the ghost from the cam on the newtons display)

here is the bottom of it

here is the only scuff on the screen

the scuff isnt bad, you cant see it unless the light hits it just right. sorry the pic's are not of high quality but if you can see the case is in great shape. there is only one ware mark on the case and that is on the bottom right on the side of the case.
but other than that its in awesome shape. it dont suffer from jaggies. the back light works great.
i have a IBM PCMCIA data/fax/voice modem v.34 33.6Kbps/14.4 with xjack connector i found along time ago.
i am very happy with it.
in a day or so my wavelan card will be showing up in the mail.
i just cant wait.
i made my P1 a newton data center. to store all of the newton software onto.
i have a few styluses for it from a DS to use with it i got free from a friend that didn't like them cause they was to big.
here is what they are

they work quite well for the newton plus they have a good feel to them. they are not to small and not to big. feels a bit bigger than a standard click pen. makes it easy to write with.
the only few things i need to buy is a CF card and the CF to PCMCIA adapter and install the ATA driver. i seen a 1gb size CF that works with the ata driver. and the screen cover. and a screen protector from nushield or get the anti glare one for $5.50 from gem to keep the screen from being scratched.
http://www.gementerprises.com/newton.htm they are on the second page.
i might buy a few more odds and ends for it later down the road for it.
