Earlier today, I managed to pick up an LC II. Once I got home, I opened it up, and cleaned out what dust had collected over the years, then went to turn it on. I currently don't have a DB-15 to VGA converter to allow me to get video out of it, but I thought I should at least plug it in to make sure that I get anything. Currently speaking, all that I am getting from the device when I flip the switch on the PSU is a quick noise from the Floppy drive, and a flash from the LEDs on my ADB keyboard. Using the power button on said keyboard doesn't do anything. I have also checked if switching in a known good PRAM battery would work, but it didn't change anything. I haven't noticed any gunk around the capacitors, but I can slowly swap them out if that's going to be the source of the problem.
