took the logic board out of a Mac SE today that ive had for awhile but never took out the board. I found an interesting surprise which is what im showing here. Unfortunately the CPU and ROM seem to be a custom part number that I can't figure out. googling their models numbers gets you nothing. Does anyone know more about this? I have found the manual on bitsavers so that does exist but I do not have the software.

This computer did not come with a hard drive it had 2 floppies so im assuming the original owner used a scsi drive.

if you turn the card upside down you can see the name of the product. it's exactly what it says on the tin... an IBM 3270 terminal emulator card.

not terribly useful for most people that don't have an 3270 establishment controller and system370/390/etc

the software is in the same directory as the manual on bitsavers

i was wondering anyone had dumped the roms? the card itself doesn’t have a lot going on so it must of had some sort of serial to token ring/coax adapter
