File saving

I'm well on the way to fixing my Centris's minor problem.

Since its Superdrive isn't functional, and I need to save all its files, I was just wondering if Centris 610's can write CD's?

Not unless you've got a CD-RW drive in it, which is unlikely as there aren't many SCSI ones around and it certainly wouldn't have come with one when it was new. If you've got another classic Mac you can send the files across to it, you could use a SCSI CD-RW drive if you have one, or you could Stuff the files up and upload them to a free file-hosting website.

Uploading is one option though, if you have the resources, I suggest adding a second hard drive and copying the files over. It'll likely be faster, particularly when you consider the glacial speed of StuffIt, and it is easy to restore exactly what you want.
