Daystar Genesis Mouse

I've got a Genesis MP, and with it I have the correct Daystar keyboard.

However, the mouse I got with the system is a generic Apple ADB mouse.

I'm assuming there was a Daystar mouse that came along with the system, but I can't find any pics of what it might have looked like, much less any hint of one for sale anywhere.

If anyone can give me a good pic of the Daystar mouse, I'd appreciate it. If anyone has one to part with, I'd appreciate that more [:)] ]'>

Thanks!

I checked and old DayStar brochure, and old MacWorlds from 1995 with little luck beyond the same image that you find on google.

If it were a custom mouse, it would have probably been sourced from the same company that did the PowerComputing, SuperMac, etc. ones.

That picture pretty much shows the same Macally keyboard and mouse that as mentioned above, most of the cloners shipped with. Macally ended up being the Logitech of the Mac clone world in that sense.

There was a Daystar mouse.  It was just a generic teardrop Apple mouse clone with the Daystar logo on it.

FYI, I don't have one, but there was one at my local recycler a while back that I played with.  I could probably swing by and see if it's still there, but I doubt it.

olePigeon,

If in fact it's still there, I'd be happy to pay in cash or prizes to have you send it to me :)

Just knowing a labeled Daystar mouse exists means now I'll have to keep my eyes open. I'm not an OCD "completeness" kind of collector, but if I can find one, it will be nice.
